Who it is for
Electric Dispatch is for service companies that are growing past whiteboards, shared calendars, and disconnected spreadsheets. The goal is to give owners and dispatchers one place to manage the daily job board while technicians get a focused view of the work assigned to them.
The product is intentionally simple for beta: jobs, customers, techs, settings, role-based access, and a mobile My Jobs workflow. That keeps the first version fast to adopt while leaving room for billing, SMS notifications, customer status links, and more advanced automation as the product matures.
Electrical service work moves quickly. Dispatchers need to see who is available, what is unscheduled, and which jobs are moving through the day.
The app focuses on the dispatch workflow first instead of forcing small teams into a heavy CRM before they can schedule their first job.
Beta access includes persistent customers, jobs, techs, settings, and roles. Stripe billing and customer notifications are planned next.
